Delivery FAQ

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery within Hong Kong and standard shipping worldwide. For international Express delivery, there is a charge.

 

How long does my order take?

  • Hong Kong Order: In-stock styles displayed on our website are typically delivered within 2-2 -7 working days.
  • International Order: In-stock styles displayed on our website are typically delivered within 14 working days.
  • Made-to-Order Style: takes 5-14 days for production + shipping time.

 

Can I have my item sooner than this?

Yes, you can choose Express Delivery Shipping Services with an additional charge.

 

How is the item delivered?

All our items are delivered discreetly in secure packaging. There is no indication of the contents on the packaging. For international orders, compliance with local rules regarding declaration of value applies. The actual jewelry is contained in a luxurious gift box with protective outer packaging.

  • Items shipped within Hong Kong are delivered via SF Express.
  • Our global orders are delivered via UPS or FedEx and are also fully insured until they reach you.

 

Can you ship to another address?

Yes, we can ship to an alternative delivery address. However, for payments made by debit or credit card, we may require additional forms of identification and proof of address.

 

Can I collect my item?

Orders can be collected from our Hong Kong showroom, provided this has been prearranged with our sales team (see "Contact Us"). The person collecting must be the individual who paid for the goods or must be able to provide proof of identity.

 

VAT Payable and UK Tax-Free

There is no VAT or Tax for all Hong Kong orders.

 

International Orders

International Customers may be subject to tax and import duties upon the item's entry into their country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
